Father Wellness
Fathers need places where strength includes asking for help, managing stress, and protecting physical and emotional health.

Wellness Areas
- Stress, anxiety, and emotional regulation
- Social connection and peer support
- Physical activity and preventive health
- Healthy relationships and co-parenting communication
- Grief, loss, isolation, and disrupted parenting time
- Referrals to licensed mental-health and substance-use services
Support Without Judgment
Many fathers carry work pressure, financial responsibility, court stress, relationship conflict, and fear of losing time with their children at the same time. Wellness support should recognize that full mental load.
Crisis Support
Father On The Move is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
